Certain compatibility issues may be encountered when you use mobile devices that do not support this mobile application. Wireless network coverage and Wi-Fi network speed varies by provider and geographic location. Due to connectivity issues, you may experience a delay or failure of transmissions to your broker-dealer or National Financial Services LLC and you should confirm that all of your transactions have been received by National Financial Services LLC.

Security

To access account information or perform any transactions, this application requires the submission of a user ID and password (the same security credentials used for Wealthscape.com when accessed from a desktop). Although all information, including personal information, transmitted to and from National Financial Services LLC is encrypted in a form designed to make such information unreadable by anyone without the decryption key, the use of a mobile device is subject to additional security risks (for example, loss, theft, or other unauthorized use of your mobile device). You shall at all times remain responsible for such additional risks.

Automatic Log Out for Inactivity

After fifteen minutes of inactivity, you will be automatically closed out of the current session of this mobile application, requiring another log-in with your user ID and password if you are viewing account data or making transactions. In order to terminate your session using this mobile application, select the Sign Out link (or similarly designated link) to exit and prevent anyone else from accessing your account data.

Wealthscape^SM may contain technical and other errors and limitations and is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The accuracy, completeness, currentness, non-infringement, security, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the product and all information made available through the product is not warranted.

You agree that Wealthscape^SM may be discontinued in whole or in part, at any time, and may be modified, changed or limited, in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time. You agree that your access to Wealthscape^SM may be immediately terminated if you breach these Terms of Use or if you have jeopardized the proper and efficient operation of Wealthscape^SM or the services offered in Wealthscape^SM. Any unauthorized use of Wealthscape^SM, whatsoever, shall result in automatic termination of your use of Wealthscape^SM.
